Guidelines & Policies For Parents
Kindly avoid entering classrooms during teaching hours without prior permission from the Principal.
Spend quality time with your child to support their academic and personal growth.
Inform the school immediately if there is any change in your address or contact number.
For safety reasons, half-day leave should be avoided. In case of emergency, written permission must be obtained from the Principal, and both the class teacher and bus-in-charge should be informed.
Please refrain from criticizing the school or teachers in front of your child, as it may affect their respect for authority and hinder their learning.
For any genuine concern or complaint, you may meet the Principal directly or write to them confidentially for personal review.
All written communication to the school should be addressed to the Principal through the class teacher. Official correspondence from the school will also be issued through the Principal’s office.
Review and sign your child’s progress report, then return it to the class teacher.
Ensure your child’s name, class, section, and house are clearly marked on all belongings such as blazers, ties, jerseys, socks, and shoes.
Cooperate with the school in maintaining discipline and academic progress. Take regular interest in your child’s studies and check their school bag for circulars, notices, or invitations.
Students must handle school property with care. Any damage caused will be compensated by the responsible student, along with a fine if applicable.
Students whose parents repeatedly ignore calls to meet school authorities may not be allowed to attend classes.
Parents of children in Nursery to Grade 5 are requested to personally drop and collect their wards at the bus stop.
Check the school calendar, date sheets, and circulars before making telephone enquiries.
Students admitted mid-session are required to pay fees for the entire academic year.
Ensure that school fees are deposited on time. Keep the fee receipts safely for future reference.
Read and explain the school rules to your child to ensure understanding and compliance.
Monitor your child’s television and internet usage. Be aware of the places they visit and the content they access online.
Make sure your child arrives at school punctually and is neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform.
