Dear Parents / Guardians / Students,

Kindly be informed that the students of Nursery to Grade 9 & 11 are going to follow the below given schedule for their uniform / dress code till the Sports Day on Friday, Dec 5th.

S.No	Day and Date	Dress code	Remarks
1	Monday, December 01	House / Sports Uniform with Track bottom and top	One formal uniform will be submitted to the teacher-in-charge of the item the child is participating in.
2	Tuesday , December 02	Civil Uniform	Also known as “mufti”. Students will wear any set of clothes from home as long as they are decent and comfortable. Non participating Grade 10 and Grade 12 students will not attend school. Weekly test will be conducted. So, full attendance is required.
3	Wednesday, December 03	Formal Uniform	Those changing into costumes will do so in school. Costumes will be handed back to the teachers. Make Up from home and in school WILL BE DONE. All authorised non participants are NOT to come to school. Non participating Grade 10 and Grade 12 students will not attend school.
4	Thursday, December 04	House / Sports Uniform with Track bottom and top	We will do one rehearsal in the morning AND ALL STUDENTS WILL LEAVE AT 12:00 PM. Non participating Grade 10 and Grade 12 students will not attend school.
5	Friday, December 05	Formal Uniform	Those changing into costumes will do so in school. Costumes will be handed back to the teachers. Make Up from home and in school WILL BE DONE. Grade 10 and Grade 12 students are cordially welcome to attend the program in their regular school uniform with their ID cards and sit in their respective house dugout.
6	Saturday, December 06	NO SCHOOL	NA
7	Monday, December 08	Regular winter uniform	Normal working day in school. Only students with sports period on that day will wear their Sports Dress. The TT to be followed from this day will be shared by Friday, Dec 05 by the Time Table i/c.
8	Tuesday , December 09		Regular school NO WEEKLY TEST

Sports Day

Dear Staff/Parents/Guardians/Students,

Kindly be informed that the school will remain open for ALL STUDENTS of Nursery to Grade 9 & 11 on Sunday, November 30, for the rehearsal of Sports Day. Your child’s presence in school is essential for the event to be well presented on the main day. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILD TO BE ABSENT TOMORROW & UNTIL SPORTS DAY.

Regular Timings will apply. Kindergarten will leave at their usual time of 12:40 pm from campus.

Students WILL bring their books and notebooks to prepare for the upcoming PT-3 starting soon on Dec 16th.

The following students are NOT required to come tomorrow:

Grade 10
Grade 12
Non participants in Sports Day due to their planned absence on Dec.5.

A physical circular will be shared on Monday, Dec.1, 25 for Sports Day with important details.

Please note that this Friday- Dec 19 is declared as an online studies day for students. Buses will not ply for students. Staff will take their online classes from school.

The PT exam scheduled for tomorrow will now be conducted on Wednesday, Dec 24th.

This decision is on account of the Cold Wave and instructions of the local government authority. Please see the attached circular.

The online classes schedule will be shared shortly. Remember that it is important for your child to attend the morning online registration with the class teacher.
