School Almanac (Diary)
- Read the important guidelines on page 26 and keep the almanac with your child every day.
- Use it to track homework tasks and to record leave.

Your one-stop academic companion on phone:

Regular Calls & WhatsApp
- Expect one call per month from your class teacher.
- A WhatsApp broadcast group is active for each section—please confirm you’re added.
- We share phone numbers; kindly be respectful of time when calling.
- A list of key numbers is printed in the diary.
Activity Planner, Circulars & Website
- Check the Activity Planner for most school activities and holidays.
- Dates are subject to change (rarely); updates are shared as needed.
- Circulars are issued in English and Hindi and are also posted on the website.
Appointments at School
- Principal & Academic Heads: 1:45 pm – 2:45 pm (daily)
- Administrative Issues: 9:00 am – 11:00 am (daily)

Student-Parent-Teacher Meetings (SPTM)
- Held bi-monthly on campus; dates are shared in advance.
- Students must accompany parents in school uniform.
- Each interaction is typically 5–15 minutes.
Fees Payment
- Payment window: 1st–10th of every month
- Online options: Website, Coradius, QR code (Accounts), Net Banking (Accounts)
- Offline options: Cash (not sent via students), Cheque
- Note: Families paying the composite fee for the full year in April or May pay for 11 months only.
