5. Repeat Infringers
TISA reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

This Policy and any disputes arising from or relating to it or your use of tisagra.com shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
