Image Licensing & Usage Policy
- Last Updated On: May 3, 2025
At The International School Agra (TISA), we are committed to ensuring transparency, ethical use, and responsible sharing of all visual media used across our digital and print platforms. This policy outlines the sources of images used by the school and the guidelines surrounding their usage.

				1. Ownership of Captured Images
- The majority of images used by TISA are captured by our in-house team or authorized photographers during school events, classroom activities, extracurricular programs, and campus life.
- These images may feature our students, faculty, infrastructure, campus, and other school property.
- All such images are the intellectual property of TISA and are used strictly for educational, promotional, informational, and archival purposes.
2. Use of Student Images
- Student images may be used on the school’s website, social media, brochures, newsletters, and other school-related media.
- TISA respects the privacy of its staff/students and their families. We ensure that no image is used in a misleading, harmful, or inappropriate manner.
- Staff/Parents/guardians provide consent for image use during the student admission and Job joining process. If any staff/parent/guardian wishes to withdraw consent at any time, they may do so in writing.
3. Use of Stock Images
- Occasionally, TISA uses stock images from reputable royalty-free platforms such as Freepik, Pexels, or Unsplash.
- These images are used to enhance visual appeal and are never used in a way that misrepresents the school’s activities, students, or facilities.
- All stock images are used in accordance with the licensing terms provided by their respective platforms.
4. Copyright and Attribution
- TISA ensures all third-party images are either royalty-free or properly licensed.
- When required by license terms, proper attribution is given to the creators or the source platform.
5. Image Modification and Integrity
- Any images used by TISA are edited only to enhance quality, clarity, or formatting. We do not alter images in a way that distorts reality or misleads the audience.
